Supervisor Level of Permission

It would be great if there was another permission level for a supervisor or department manager.
This level would be where the supervisor can see the roster and all rostered staff,
and they can mark someone as absent for the day,
but we do NOT want them to have access to see or change rosters, or staff, or payroll.

Yes, I need my RN's to be able to put someone sick, and see who is available to cover the shift but would rather they can't approve/deny leave requests.
