Rostering - Notes System for Administrators creating roster

Have a notes system accessible from the dashboard that will also be visible when in the roster creating setting. For notes such as upcoming changes or reminders to note on particular roster releases, etc.

Good news! This suggestion has been added to the developer's roadmap. At this stage, I cannot give an ETA as this is part of a more significant release that will see many improvements released at the same time.

This helps if we have functions or events on and to ensure we have added enough staff for the day. The ability for this to feed through to the app and staff will really help our communication

The notes needs to be visible to owner/ manager only - for notes such as: uni till 2026, not punctual, progress notes etcc.. to allow manager more control over prioritising staff in rosters and multiple managers to share info (on same page). Would also be handy to have notes that all can see.

I agree a notes widget on the dashboard would be really helpful to leave a note for other managers approving payroll etc. So you could say for example, I have approved all shifts up to x date etc
