Casual Conversion Alert that notifies managers after 11-12 months of employee start date that they need to review casual to permanent conversion as per Fair Work requirements. Even better would be a report that would show if staff had regular and consistent hours

Whilst not exactly what you want, you may be interested in a new feature we just launched "Anniversary Reminders" as this will help you keep track of work anniversaries and birthdays.
