Calendar Sync/Integration
It would be amazing to have any rostered shifts be able to sync with a personal calendar such as Google Calendar, iCal, etc. Having to manually add each individual shift as an independent event is a huge deterrent for the company I work for. If this can be implemented swiftly I think more people would use it.

I think it would be great if you could export your roster straight into your google calendar, great help to shift works to plan their personal life along with their work shifts to ensure nothing overlaps -
