Allow staff to clock in again after clocking out

We're setting up RosterElf to use different Xero tracking codes for different positions as we have staff working over different projects. In our use case, a staff member would clock in and out under different positions as they are working on different projects throughout the day. It can be difficult to know when to "clock out" on a particular project on a day and want to avoid the need for an admin assistant to intervene as much as possible.

It would be easiest to set up staff so they can clock in and out as needed multiple times a day.
