Limit the leave types or option available at individual staff profile level
Each business will have a mixture of Full time and casual staff. being able to tailor each employee profile by adding the leave options available to them will minimise the corrective measures. 15 year old casuals don't have access to Annual Leave or any of the more obscure leave types but given the chance they will select them which then involves a back and forth text conversation for them to resubmit their leave correctly. Completely avoidable
