Ability to publish a notice to your whole team or select positions which prompt force them to read the notice on login or out and force them to acknowledge they have read the notice. Should show who has and hasn't read the notice.

A Board where all employees get to see the announcement also an option there (Tick Box) to ensure employees have acknowledged that Chat/news feed/announcement for the ones that are mandatory reads.

An option for management to post notices and alerts for all staff. Staff to be able to confirm / check or comment on these posts. So, Management knows staff have read and understood.

I'd love to be able to send a customised text message/notification to my staff, even if it's not related to their roster. There's times where we need to contact all of our staff at once with certain info and it would be really handy.

Hi Michael, thanks for the suggestion. The good news is our big new update for 2024 is an employee chat/communication plus noticeboard feature. It's currently in planning. Hi Everyone, thanks for voting on this feature. Exciting new we are commenced development on a full chat/communication module across PC and apps. It is a big project so will take a number of months to develop, test and release. Stay tuned!

I would have thought that this very basic feature would have been available from the start! There is nothing more important than being able to communicate effectively with your staff!!!!

In addition to the above, it would also be great to have the ability that I could send a message to all staff and they would have to acknowledge they've read it and the manager would get notification they've read it. Also want refresher messages - like theres an important safety message i want to throw out there every month. Also if new staff come on, making sure they are updated with all previous messages and also attach videos, images, pdf's and links would be good.
