Populate Custom column with Time Clock values

Under Payroll, the Custom column is mostly used to adjust shifts that were incorrectly entered or adding breaks that were forgotten. Would be better if the Custom column was populated with the values from the Time Clock column by default, instead of the values from the Roster column.
