Standardize payroll rounding - AUTO ROUNDING total is rounding differently to CUSTOM total

Example (attached as image), The rounding of 5.1666666 appears both as 5.17 & 5.16 in different totals

Thanks for the suggestion, it has been moved to development. We will look to fix this as part of upcoming payroll update.
