Fortnightly Pay Template Rules

Have rules that can be calculated fortnightly or by the pay cycle. We're utilising rules to calculate employee's TOIL, but have a staff member that works a 5 day fortnight (2 days one week, 3 days the next). The current pay template rules system doesn't allow this. There are workarounds, but they're messy.

PaulBe great in general for more 'fortnightly' options right down to the ability to view a fortnightly roster as many awards allow for an averaged total across two weeks & many employees elect for a short & long week - nine-day fortnight.
