As a HomeCare business, it is crucial to have shift repeating options mirroring typical calendar applications: daily (e.g., Monday, Tuesday), weekly (every 1, 2, 3 weeks), monthly (specific date or day, like every 1st Monday), and custom. End Repeat options, like "Never," "After," and "On date," are vital, akin to standard calendar app functions.

Increase the maximum period allowed to ove 24 weeks.

These repeat functionalities must seamlessly integrate into editing and deleting shifts, prompting whether changes apply to the current event or all future events. Discussions with industry colleagues confirm a unanimous sentiment that RosterElf's current "Shift Repeat functionality" falls short for Homecare/NDIS industry agencies.
