To have different default break times for different staff members

To have different break times for different staff members. I want to apply a 30 min lunch break to apply to some employees if they work over 5 hours, But I want to make it so that 2 of my staff members don't have a 30 min break automatically applied to their shift/payroll if they are rostered on for more than 5 hours and to have a different break time applied? I know I can go in and edit the break rules in each individual shift but that is time consuming and it also doesnt update on the payroll anyway - it just applies it still

Thanks so much for your suggestion/comment.

Multiple sets of unpaid break rules aren't on our short-term development pipeline as it's fairly complex.

However, payroll should be working with custom breaks.

I have flagged this one with our Customer Success team and will get someone to reach out regarding payroll issues with custom break times.
