Unscheduled shift

Allow employees to start unscheduled shifts.
In a busy work environment it is hard to keep track of roster changes when they happen so quickly (i.e. staff call in sick, or need to leave due to an emergency or you get a large booking for lunch or dinner and need extra staff).
By allowing employees to start an unscheduled shift, it would make the process more efficient.
Employers would be safe guarded/protected by the GPS location function and the fact that timesheets would need to be approved within the payroll function as well.
Make it an option (tick box) for those employers who do not want this functionality.
