Ability to colour the site & choose from the rainbow, not just limited colours. 🌈
Site colours are more identifiable for our team to know where they need to be - moreso than their name or position.

100%, site colours would be a great feature- multiple staff working across multiple sites...
Tom went to the wrong site today. Yes the error is on him for not reading his shift carefully, but colour coded sites on the roster would have made this mistake almost impossible.
Plus, it seems you already have the function for the positions...
