GPs tolerance - can site address automatically be added here without having to re-enter?

Is there a way we can have all sites default to the following so we don’t have to enter for every site added
• GPS tolerance at 500000km
• Time tolerance at 20 mins
• And always have - photo proof DISABLED and Enable Smartphone Clock In and Out ENABLED? Annoying to set this up in global settings and re-do at site level.
• And can the site address default to the GPS coordinates box without having to re-enter?
