Leave Widget Improvements

Improve the leave widget in a similar way to how we can monitor staff birthdays for the calander month there could be a home page widget that displays approved leave with a 4 week window or somthing like that. i would suggest a month on month display like birthdays however this would mean that holidays booked for the 1st week of the following month would still go un notified.
