camera - allow permission for camera permanent

When starting a shift: 1. Select Clock in, 2. turn on Camera, 3. take Photo 4. Confirm 5. Clock in - this is too many steps, especially when internet connection is low. Can camera be allowed permanently? can confirm and clock in be 1 step?
