Process timesheets straight to Xero pay run instead of Xero timesheets

This is a useful option which reduces admin time in Xero when processing payroll

After further discussion within the team and based on our current roadmap of exciting features coming to the platform, we don't see room in our current roadmap for RosterElf, but we wanted to keep you in the loop. We will leave the feature request on the board, and should it get enough interest, we may revise our decision.
