Change default time of shift

Can we get the availability to set or change the default shift time? I have to change it every time and it's quite tedious.

Ability to have certain pre-populated shifts e.g. day shift is 8-6 and you click that title for the staff member rather than having to manually insert times each time you want them to work a certain shift

It be great to be able to change the default shift time from 09:00 - 17:00 to 16:30 - 21:00.
