Open Shift / Shift Swap Candidates showing in the roster screen.

Having the ability to show the candidates to be approved for open shifts and shift swaps on the roster screen within the open shift tile instead of jumping out of the roster to the dashboard to approve.

This would streamline the program so much. Im considering cancelling the membership due to this function only. We only run a shift nomination process as we have all casual staff.
