Re-ordering the roster print out to match the roster

The staff in the roster are organised by Alphabetical order. In the roster printout, it's not the same. It would be good to have the same ordering.

When printing the weekly roster it prints out over two pages with the first page merely carrying the weekdays. Ideally, this should be consolidated onto one page. In addition, the roster does not print out as per the screen view. It prints alphabetically according to staff names which mixes up all the shifts. Not ideal!!
