More customisation for Auto Rounding

Having the option to set more detailed parameters to the auto rounding. I want to be able to automatically round the start time if someone starts early and then have a different rule if they are late.
This would allow us to round for people starting earlier than their rostered times and keep the clock in and out time for anyone who is late.
