Invoice report for contractors

Having a report I can easily generate to invoice clients for work done. The report would use the same information already in the system and would be good to include:

Name of the business
NAME
Site
Date
Rostered
Pay items activated within the shift (similar to pay template print report)
Total time at the bottom

Also it would be great to have the site name at the top and also have start/break/finish times in their own columns.
