shift report shows site worked.

when reading through the shift reports would be great to identify which site the report/note is allocated to.
currently shows: Employee, Roster time and date, time and attendance and the notes but no site to which it is related to.
if there is also a nicer format to read the notes in as it currently shows in a very long list type format as the allocated notes box where reading the reports only fits 3 or 4 words per line.
