  In the Policies & Procedures section, it would be great to be able to upload an existing pdf document (as we already have multiple polices/procedures) rather than having to cut & paste the content of the document into the system.

  We are currently tracking staff qualifications, licences and certifications data in spreadsheets. It would be great if we could add a tab within the staff profile that contains a list of qualifications, licences and certifications that a staff member holds, add attachments to each and note if there is an expiry date. The ability then to report on or flag to employees that there drivers licence or working with children blue card is going to expire and for Managers to be able to maintain this would be ideal.

  Our initial onboarding feature is now released! Thanks, everyone, for your upvotes. We are already planning further improvements to our release, which will be coming soon, including uploading documents as an admin for staff to complete and return.

  Hi Team. I noticed you have placed the Superannuation Choice form in the new employee onboarding settings but thought it would be useful to also have the TFN declaration form as well.

  Having an (editable) checklist for onboarding like the FW Ombudsman Induction Checklist to standardise onboarding. This would play nicely with the earlier suggestion of saving items like forklift drivers license. It could also include the forms listed in induction checklist being added like you have done with super annuation form

  On the Superannuation details page during on boarding, could an extra question asking for the Super fund USI or ABN be added, to verify the correct super fund please

  It would be great that when a staff member updates their details, bank details, superannuation etc in Rosterelf it will automatically update in Xero.

  It would be great to have a tick box that an employee can tick they've read and acknowledge a particular form.
  
  This would be a better workflow then them having to download the form, sign it and re-upload it.

  The onboarding of new staff would be made much easier and streamlined if you could save as compliance documents are received. Currently, saving any onboarding documents is not possible until you complete every section of this at the one time.

  Have a next button at the bottom of each section of onboarding.
  People only complete the first tab in the document section and don't realise there is more information required in the other tabs.

  Having the option to remove in the onboarding “are you eligible for super?”
  
  Reason being, everyone is eligible and must supply this information if they have a super fund.
  If they are under 18 it is up to the employer to provide a super fund if they work over 30 hours.
  
  Essentially making this option a lazy way for people to not provide details required.

  Just started using your software and it's meant that my small business has been able to grow through streamlining our operations! :D One suggestion for now would be the addition of holidays and "other" (where you can add special dates/events) into the calendar.
  
  I want to be able to clearly see important dates in the same calendar/program where I'm scheduling rosters. This includes the anniversaries widget that's on the dashboard. I'd like to see information like my staff members birthday's/work date milestones, so I can make sure I look after them.
  
  Also possibly the option to turn on/off clock in for certain employees.

  I'd love to be able to send a question out for staff to vote on. For example, rather than emailing everyone to get feedback on an Xmas party date etc, it would be great if we could create a Poll or Vote system.

  Would be great to be able to allocate staff specific jobs for their shifts.
  Eg. 'clear shelves, empty dishes etc...complete training module etc...'
