Staff - not wanting to Sync

we have a requirement for staff to have a profile who are not connected to Xero. so every time i go into payroll I need to Ignore and continue twice - once for pay structure and once for sync to Xero - every single time i enter payroll screen.

Thanks for your great suggestion - it's now live!
In the interim, some users find it helpful to link all those staff members to a generic profile in Xero and then simply un-approve the hours so they aren't sent to Xero.
