Customise report layout (or stop changing the existing report layout
Every time i need to export data for analytics, the previous report I've exported has changed with additional columns. This makes it incredibly difficult and I have to change the historical data I have already exported to constantly change it. The ability to either create or select the columns for a report would be useful so I can remove the unnecessary data that is exported (eg: the leave report I exported this month for the first quarter of 12026 has three additional columns compared to what I had exported in January for the last quarter of 2025). This seems to happen everytime I have tried to download the simple report for hours worked and leave hours.

Thanks for your suggestion on having the option to customise the reports.
Please note, if the report is exported via CSV, you will be able to edit the report in Excel.
