Being able to see which staff members have nominated themselves for open shifts in the monthly view would help managers better understand each employee’s current workload, identify potential overtime requirements and patterns/frequency/conflict of working hours, and make more informed decisions to support staff psychosocial wellbeing. Please see attached how Ento does this with a pop up column on the right, including the weekly hours worked for employees, then a simple selection.
