approving timesheets
the process of approving multiple timesheets is not very user friendly. A process that allowed you to see start and finish photos as well as locations on the one screen and be able to approve from the one screen - otherwise you are clicking at the end of the line, click on -- clock on, click on clock off, click on timesheet notes, click on locations, click on - clock on, click on clock off. all of that could show on one screen and make the process much quicker

Thank you for your suggestion on improving the timesheet approval process in Rosterelf.
With our current process, if you are in payroll and viewing the timesheet "by employee", this will give you a snap shot of the employees whole pay period.
You also have the filter option at the top to show the sites for their shifts or positions. Accompany to that, we do display the rostered time, time and attendance time and our variance column will give you a difference between the two.
The photos however are stored within the Info tab as well as any specific notes for the shift.
