  An extra tab 'Notes' added to the employee profile that can be used to make general notes for/about staff. Currently need to use phone/tablet/day book/spreadsheet but would be better to keep all staff notes organised in one place

  This would be something we would use consistently in both companies. It would be perfect if it was locked so that the notes could be used for performance and attendance comments so that various users across our companies have immediate access to the history of the employee before allocating to specific sites.

  It would be great if managers when click on the Staff Availability TAB,if there was a NOTES section so managers could leave specific notes relating to that staff member. Such as "Cant work licensed premises". Or notes which elaborate on their availability considering the sliders have no flexibility in the day for split shift availability etc.

  We’d like to provide an update on the above feature request. Our focus has been on the top priority from the Upvote Board, ensuring fairness while meeting everyone’s needs.
  
  Recently, we released the Google Authenticator feature, launched Monthly Payroll in beta (full release soon), and introduced the Timeclock PWA for older devices.
  
  Coming soon are brand-new reports (available to some users) and the ability to edit leave (currently in limited release). We’re also revamping the Timeclock app with updated graphics and user experience, along with refreshed Mobile Apps featuring the requested chat feature (#1 on the Upvote Board).
  
  We’re committed to delivering your top requests, with everything expected by June/July. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
