Calendar function so we can list upcoming events when rostering

  I would love to be able to add a comment to the top of the roster, so i can add who is on leave so that i dont have to make a open shift for that cover when not needed, but can clearly see why the staff memebers shift is removed from the template, it would also help that i could write how many drs are on those days to help keep the right admin and nurse ratio. this is a function i have used before on a different rostering platform and found it very handy.
  Also it would be good to be able to change the staff members shift to state they are on AL/SL instead of having them taken off the roster, would love for them to stay on the roster but have the shift change to state AL or SL clearly

  I think this is the same as what I was going to suggest: I would like to be able to display store events on the roster where additional staff or hours might be needed, for example, workshops, markets, sales, anniversary parties, etc.

  would like to be able to add notes for each day or service period so that all staff can see them.
  For example if an exclusive use booking is in place.
  Adding these notes to each individual shift is laborious and not always visible to managers that are looking ahead (if they do not have a shift on that day)
