Paid breaks
Would like the ability to capture breaks even though we continue to pay our staff through these times. If we don't supply a break within a certain time we are open to pay penalty rates for the rest of the day so need to capture this going forward

Simon here again. I think using our daily overtime could solve your issue.
Ie, if a shift is longer than x hours, then daily OT will apply.
Can you let me know if this will achieve what you're trying to do? If so I can get one of our Customer Success Exec's to reach out to assist. -

EmilyWas this feature ever looked in to? We provide our staff 20min paid breaks on shifts of 5hrs+.
Would like the ability for them to clock in/out of breaks to allow them to track how long they have been on break but I don't want it to subtract from their pay -

lara MergedOnly unpaid breaks are currently recorded however the fast food award also included paid breaks which there is no option to record. My company is telling me I need to use paper rosters or change to a different platform.
