Enable staff to view employee shifts that have been recorded as sick on the roster (not just admin)

Staff can currently view who is rostered on each day, but can't see who has been recorded as sick (only visible on the roster in the admin view). Can this be visible to all staff (without the ability to change anything), as it appears as a normal rostered shift to anyone other than admin.
