Management of Staff Profile picture

Hi,

Requesting that a feature is added in the management of Staff profile picture that Admin can set the settings to;
- Admin to be able to manage staff profile picture - ie upload the profile picture, ability to change etc
- Admin to be able to turn on and turn off function

This enables alignment across systems incl directory etc.
