  When wanting to view "leave" or availablity for the month. We should be able to see the calender month in the one screen without having to scroll across the screen with our arrow keys or dragging the mouse. A quick glance should be able to see what days/week someone is on leave in a particular month (or 2mths!) without having to scroll

  If staff can see when everyone else's leave has already been requested/approved it will help them choose dates that are more suitable and more likely to get approved

  It would be nice to have a calendar view to see the staff that has an approved leave and marked their unavailability on a certain period so we can plan ahead with the staffing

  Develop an outlook style calendar so i can see a snapshot of which employee is on leave at any one time to assist in setting rosters. At the moment i have to run a report then convert it to a visual calendar which is slow, not live and dates every day.
