Don't add a new position to a staff member due to incorrect allocation to a shift

Because RosterElf doesn't prevent me from allocating an OHP shift to a DA for example (the conflict of position would ideally prevent this), but because it doesn't, the staff members file then updates to now include the position OHP (even though they aren't one and can't operated as one).

Once the system adds OHP to the positions listed against this individual - doesn't that mean that next time there won't be a conflict warning????
