  With the new roster, which is currently being internally tested for release. We are now considering this as one of a few different options. It won't be available on the first release of the new roster but we are discussing the option.

  We work on a fortnightly roster of week A / week B scheduling. I use the weekly templates. I would like to see if the week is A or B on the roster (ie, which template has been used to populate the week).

  As well as having the weekly roster template, it would be nice to have individual shift templates to drag and drop onto user/days in the weekly view.

  Unfortunately, we don't plan to implement this in the near future as we have an enormous scope of improvements already in the pipeline. We are open to seeing how the votes go on the board, and if it is a popular item, we will reassess the request.

  Hi Elesha, whilst we aren't currently planning shift templates as such. We are currently in development with a complete rebuild of the roster screen and adding new features, including copying a shift which will allow you to create one shift and apply it quickly.

  Being able to edit the templates set rather than upload template, make changes then save as a new template and delete the old one. Too clunky and fiddly when a simple edit would suffice.

  Pay templates and other templates to transfer in between entities. If I change entity I want to have a template the same as another company

  Having the ability to copy a roster or use a template for multiple sites at once. We have 14 sites and can be time consuming copying the roster for each site.

  Thanks for this idea. Unfortunately, the core of how our template system works is by site so this change is unlikely to be done anytime soon. However, we will keep it for future reference so see if we can improve it for you as I understand it can take time to manage so many sites.

  When uploading a template, the shifts at the same time don't stay at the same position (it's shuffled). It would be great for those shifts to stay in the same position as they've been saved in the template.

  It's very easy to accidentally hit "replace all shifts" which wipes your entire roster. It be great to have a warning to confirm your actually wanting to replace all shifts.

  When using a roster template, it will back fill days if the template is added later in the week.

  When adding a roster template, it would be great to have the option to repeat that template for X amount of weeks.
  
  Very similar to the repeat shift function.
