Rostering - Being able to add in that staff are unavailable on that day
In the roster view when creating a draft roster, it would be really helpful to be able to add that a staff member is uavailable on that day. So at the moment it has "add new shift" but would be good to be able to "add unavailable" with the reason on that day - eg: extended sick leave, or general unavailabilty on that day. Rather than relying on the staff to put in their availabilty, or having to change screens and go into their personal card to access this. This would speed up rostering.

Thanks for your great suggestion on being able to add availability for staff in the roster.
